Through the Lens is finally here, and I promise you it has been well worth the wait. Personally I wish we could have launched it the day I designed it but Rome wasn't built in a day...
It took a while because we had to delay the launch by a week due to some massive 'under the hood' changes at Obox Design. One of the reasons for the Obox changes was because we knew that some of you won't be able to choose between Press or Through the Lens. Our $30 discount was designed with this in mind ;)
This is probably the most comprehensive premium Wordpress theme that we have launched so far with multiple page templates and a widgetized home page which has huge depth in layout customization.
Features Galore
This theme can be used as a normal blog, a photography site, a work portfolio, a CSS / Flash gallery and news feed (depending on your creativity there are probably too many uses for blog post to list).
Special features include a voting system for each post and jQuery sliders for each category displayed on the home page. This is also our first theme to come with a separate Blog template as well as a full width page template.
Seperate to the custom photo pages we have also created a standard blog layout which can be set in the OCMX options panel. If you like the design of Through the Lens but don't want to use the standard widgetized home page you can set the home page to display with as a blog.
Lastly we have created advert widgets which you can place on the top and bottom of your new site. This ensures that you make the money back that you spent on your theme in no time!
Colors and Styles
Along with some incredible features and a gorgeous design are 7 different color schemes which you can choose from.
On top of this, if your visitors are using a modern web browser they will experience subtle CSS3 styling features. My favourite color is definitely the Minimalist Dark scheme, I suggest you check it out.
