With the new Obox coming soon we have decided to invest a bit more in our blog. At the moment what you get on blog.obox-design.com is company news and the occasional article from yours truly.
For a while now we have wanted to re-invest into our company be it through advertising etc. However we know that buying a couple of banner ads does not really help, you need more than a couple banner ads on all the popular sites to maybe benefit and frankly I don't think its worth it right now.
We prefer to sticking to what we know. We know that if our blog does well in terms of traffic then its all good in terms of sales and new clients.
Instead of spending the money on other sites why not spend the money on our own site?
Guest Blogging
So for the new Obox we plan on using guest bloggers to up our weekly content.
Guest bloggers will be paid $70 per post and we are hoping to have at least four guest posts a month.
What we are looking for
- Quality List Posts - A simple list will never be on Obox, we would prefer reasons and explanations.
- Development Posts - It can be about anything to do with web dev, if it is about Wordpress then even better.
- Design Posts - Anything to do with trends or breaking them, the odd argument is also good. Analysis is even better
- Anything else we may not have thought of
How to submit
If you are keen and maybe have ideas pouring out of your mind you are welcome to submit them whenever you are ready.
In order to submit your proposed post please email me with your idea. If we like the concept you are welcome to go ahead although please realize that it may not be approved right away, I can be a little bit fussy :P

Dont know why, but having a blogpost on the Obox Blog feels better then having one on some kind of tutorial blog.
